Corporate Tent

Located in the center of Shaw Park is the Corporate Tent. The Corporate Tent site is a covered picnic site which can accommodate up to 180 guests, rest rooms are available at the shelters. The tent is suitable for large corporate gatherings and family reunions. The rental fee for the Corporate Tent is $325 for residents and $450 for corporate rental, plus a refundable $100 damage deposit. Reservations can be made in person with check, cash, or credit card or by phone with a credit card. Reservations requests will not be processed until payment is received. Shelters

The North and South Shelters located in Shaw Park are covered picnic sites with restroom access. These sites have 10 picnic tables and can accommodate up to 60 guests. A fireplace, grill and play equipment are located at the sites. The rental fee for both the North and South Shelter is $50 for residents and $75 for corporate rental, plus a refundable $100 damage deposit. Reservations can be made in person with check, cash, or credit card or by phone with a credit card. Reservations requests will not be processed until payment is received. Picnic

Five concrete picnic pads are located throughout Shaw Park. Each picnic pad has 6 picnic tables and a grill and can host up to 36 guests. The rental fee for picnic pads is $20 for residents and $25 for corporate rental, plus a refundable $100 damage deposit. Reservations can be made in person with check, cash, or credit card or by phone with a credit card. Reservations requests will not be processed until payment is received. Sand Volleyball

Two sand volleyball courts are available to reserve in Shaw Park. You can reserve courts from late spring to early fall. Reservations are made on a first come/first serve basis and fees are $8 per hour, per court. Clayton Parks and Recreation programming has priority usage. Fields

Shaw Park has 4 softball diamonds (2 lighted) and one full size soccer field available to rent. Reservation fees include a two hour time block and are: $40 resident, $50 corporate rental/camp or $60 non-resident. An optional field prep fee is available for an additional $50. Fields are available seasonally and Clayton Parks and Recreation and Clayton High School have priority usage. Field space is very limited.
