The Center offers an incredible variety of group fitness classes for youths and adults to accommodate any level of fitness. Whether you are looking for aerobics, Pilates, Spinning®, Yoga, or Dance, we have a wide variety of formats to suit your interests. There are three ways to participate in classes:
Check-In ProcedureAll Group Fitness, Spinning, Yoga, and Pilates class participants must check in at the front desk prior to entering the Aerobics Room or Health Classroom. All paid participants will receive a class pass from front desk staff which will be collected by your instructor at the start of class. Participation in classes will only be permitted if this pass is presented. Participants without a pass will be asked to return to the front desk to obtain a pass.
